From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel like you’ve entered your own private beach retreat. Towering palms, koi ponds, and waterfalls surround you as you stroll through the tropical gardens toward Building C (located in the middle for convenience and easy access). Inside, our home welcomes you with airy vaulted ceilings, stylish coastal décor, and spaces designed to unwind, reconnect, and recharge. The Space 2 bedrooms + sofa bed | 2 full bathrooms | 2 balconies The open living area invites you to sink into plush seating, stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply listen to the waves in the background. Open patio door or windows for some natural light and ocean breezes. Gourmet Kitchen – Fully stocked with everything you need: stainless-steel appliances, coffee station, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, and serving pieces. Whether you’re blending smoothies for the beach or hosting a family dinner, it’s all here. Dining & Gathering – A table for four (or extended it and add 2 extra chairs) plus breakfast-bar seating for two keeps everyone connected during meals or game night. Primary Loft Suite – Upstairs, the semi-private loft features a California King bed, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, dresser space, and a balcony perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine. A walk-in closet has been converted into a flex workspace or baby room, complete with desk, chair for quick light work—or space for a pack-and-play. Lower-Level Bedroom – Serene retreat with Queen bed, blackout curtains, and spacious double closets stocked with extra linens, blankets, steamer, and beach towels. Bathrooms – Two full baths (one upstairs, one down) each stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and thoughtful touches. Extras – Fast Wi-Fi, convenient USB charging outlets, ceiling fans throughout, wall heaters for cool evenings, and two furnished balconies for fresh coastal air. Please note: Condo it not equipped with air conditioners so multiple fans including ceiling fans are located throughout for comfort. Resort Amenities Your stay includes access to all the North Coast Village amenities: - Two resort-style pools & grotto-style hot tubs - Sauna & fitness center (ages 14 +) - Game & recreation rooms with ping-pong and billiards - Putting greens & tropical gardens with koi ponds - Outdoor BBQ stations and picnic areas - Community with 24-hour patrol - Direct beach access just steps from your building Parking & Access You’ll have one assigned garage space (#5-43) in Dolphin Cove garage. The HOA front desk provides your key fob and map at check-in (Patrol will continue to check in for after-hours arrivals). Additional paid parking is available nearby. 🔹 House Rules for Cozy Shell Villa HOA & Community Rules - No pets – per HOA policy. - No smoking or vaping – inside the condo or on balconies. - Maximum 6 guests – strictly enforced by HOA. - Quiet hours – 10pm–8am. - No parties or events – HOA security monitors the property. - No personal items left outside – only small, neutral beach bins are allowed on patios/balconies. - Guest registration – All guests must be registered in advance. Unregistered guests may be denied entry. Host Rules -Shoes – Please remove or limit shoes on carpeted areas. -Furniture – Do not move or rearrange furniture or décor. -Balconies – No hanging towels or clothing over balcony rails. Guests are responsible for any HOA fines. -Parking – 1 assigned space provided. Additional cars must be arranged in advance. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at guest’s expense. -Keys/fobs – Guests are responsible for replacement fees ($100 per set). -Check-in/out – Check-in after 4pm; checkout by 10am. Unauthorized late checkouts may incur additional fees. -Cleaning – Excess mess may result in extra cleaning charges. -Minimum age – Primary guest must be 25+ unless traveling with family. -Visitors – No parties or unauthorized guests. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation. -Mail/packages – Not permitted at the unit. -Damage – Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for all damages, missing items, or lost keys/fobs. -Pool & hot tub use – At your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Reporting Issues: Please notify us of any issues, concerns, or missing items as soon as possible after arrival (ideally within the first hour), so we have the opportunity to address them promptly. Issues not reported during the stay may not be eligible for resolution after checkout.

Issues not reported during the stay can not be eligible for resolution after check out.
